ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Kim Tercero (she/her), Founder + Principal, is an innovative and compassionate operations and technology leader with over 20 years of experience fostering social change across social enterprises, nonprofits, startups, and SMBs. Her journey has been marked by a deep-rooted dedication to social and environmental equity, championing worker rights as a labor organizer, mentoring undocumented youth, and advocating for the power of "tech for good."
Deeply rooted in the belief that Black and Brown communities deserve to thrive, Kim's values echo throughout her work, partnerships, activism, and volunteer initiatives. A proud daughter of immigrant parents, Kim draws inspiration from her vibrant Oakland, California community, often finding solace in the beauty of Lake Merritt.
